Hotel rates are up the most in Bali, Bangkok, Phuket and Singapore

The reopening of China’s borders caused a steep rise in hotel prices in Southeast Asia, most notably in Bali, Bangkok, Phuket and Singapore, reports CNBC’s Monica Pitrelli.
