You should use a toothpaste that does not contain charcoal. This will allow you to get rid of stains that are formed on your teeth. As a matter of fact, some dentists even recommend that you don’t use a toothbrush. Instead, they suggest using a charcoal brush to remove the debris and dirt on your teeth.

When you brush your teeth, it is a good idea to Charcoal toothpaste brush twice or even three times a day. This can prevent gum disease. Toothpaste that contains charcoal might be very harmful to your teeth. You should use the same type of toothpaste that you use with your regular toothbrush.

When you use charcoal as a natural toothpaste, you may notice that it gives your breath a slight foul taste. This is normal. As a matter of fact, you can buy a mouthwash that has charcoal as one of the ingredients to get rid of this smell.
